Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unwanted items in original condition
  • Faulty or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or commissioned pieces
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Complete our online returns form
  2. Securely package the item(s)
  3. Attach the provided returns label
  4. Drop at any authorized courier location

4. Return Costs

  • UK returns: Free for faulty items
  • International returns: Customer responsibility
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

  • Allow 5-7 working days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Exchange requests subject to availability

6. Faulty Items
For damaged/defective products:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photographic evidence
  • We cover return shipping costs

7. Large Item Returns
For heavy/oversized sculptures:

  • Special collection arranged by us
  • May require additional packaging
  • Return timeframe extended to 14 days

8. Refund Timeline

  • Card refunds: 3-5 working days after processing
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 working days
  • Store credit: Immediate issuance

9. Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of misuse
  • Are missing components
  • Have been installed/displayed outdoors
